Terms and Conditions Update
We have added a section that addresses the risks associated with living on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic and your compliance with our updated policies and procedures. Please log into the Housing and Dining portal as soon as possible to read and electronically sign the updated agreement. You will be unable to get keys or move into University Housing until you have signed the Terms and Conditions.

If you are concerned about living in university housing due to risks associated with COVID-19 or if most of your classes are scheduled to be online, you do not have to live in university housing for the 2023-21 academic year.

Contract Cancellation Request: If you have submitted a housing contract and initial payment, you can cancel your housing and meal plan contracts with no penalty. Your initial payment will be credited to your student account.

Exemption Request: If you have not submitted a housing contract and initial payment, but you are required to live on campus, you must submit a housing exemption request.

Deadline: Requests should be received by July 31, 2023 by following the steps outlined in the Housing and Dining Portal. Our team will review requests and respond via email within 5 business days. If you do not put in a request by July 31, 2023, we will expect that you plan to live in university housing.

- We are no longer offering cable television but will retain our high-speed internet service. We surveyed our students last year and found that students were not using cable TV. Our data showed that the vast majority of students stream their television content. You will still be able to stream content from popular platforms such as Hulu, Netflix, and Disney +.
